Lives/Community
In 2023, R4C partnered with the Cal Ripken Sr Foundation to bring nationally recognized support to the community through the STEAM Center of Excellence, expanding our outreach to impact a broader and more diverse public. Additionally, R4C hosts a variety of award winning robotics teams that compete yearly in state, regional, and world-class competitions.

Workforce/economy
R4C was built on a foundation of making impact in the future careers of youth. Over the years, we have partnered with many employers to impact their future workforce including PNM, Tesla, and Sandia National Laboratories. We work with our local leaders and Chambers to make a difference, placing hundreds of student leaders into career positions and bringing worldwide attention to our community.
