Position Summary

The Deputy Director is a senior leadership position responsible for implementation of the Executive Director’s vision and R4Creating’s strategic plan and policies and procedures, ensuring organizational excellence, team alignment, and sustainable growth. This position serves as the primary operational leader, overseeing all managers, ensuring staff have the necessary resources for their positions, and maintaining high standards in policy and procedures implementation, performance management, and organizational development.

Additionally, the Deputy Director will contribute to play a critical role in fundraising and organizational sustainability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective leader, and operational problem solver with a passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education and nonprofit impact.
