Our STEM PIPELINE
At R4Creating, we have developed a STEM pipeline process that guides students through four levels of development, resulting in academic, personal and career success. The process allows students to progress independently through a series of tested programs that create a competitive advantage. At each step in the process we offer resources to support schools and STEM coaches in an effort to help them guide students through the pipeline. Ultimately, entire communities will be impacted as students leave the pipeline with valuable experience and clear career direction.
The most valuable assets that impact growth of the STEM workforce R4 Creating wishes to provide, are effective educators. We want to equip teachers, mentors, and parents with the tools necessary to promote student success. We believe educators are absolutely necessary to prepare these students to be effective members of the 21st century workforce.
